How to get started

Choose a pipeline, complete paid training, then task from a desktop. Generalist and Professional follow the same five steps. The only difference is the credited deposit.

Pick a pipeline first

Start onboarding from a project in Opportunities. You pay the deposit for that pipeline only. Switching projects inside the same pipeline never requires a second deposit.

Five paid steps

Training and assessments are paid at your project hourly rate. The deposit is credited to your balance and returned with your first Friday payout unless fraud is confirmed.

  1. Browse and start onboarding

    Open Opportunities, choose Generalist or Professional, and start from a project that matches your skills. You work one active project at a time and can switch once per month.

  2. Deposit, then credentials

    Finish onboarding and send the pipeline deposit in USDT or USDC. Generalist is $1,000. Professional is $1,500. Credentials unlock after verification. Moving to the other pipeline requires that pipeline’s deposit.

  3. Paid project course

    Log in and complete the project course: guidelines, rubrics, and examples. The course is paid at your project hourly rate.

  4. Paid assessment

    Complete hands-on assessment tasks, also paid at the hourly rate. You typically need at least 70% accuracy to unlock production. Honest mistakes are not fraud. Failing assessment does not forfeit a legitimate deposit.

  5. Task and get paid

    Claim live work, log hours, and review pay reports. Payouts go out every Friday via PayPal, Airtm, or crypto. Your credited deposit returns with the first Friday payment, pass or fail, unless fraudulent activity is confirmed.
